Patient Online Services
Eastview Surgery has decided to temporarily turn off the booking of online appointments. This is so we can ensure patients are triaged for a telephone or a face to face appointment.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but the safety of our patients and staff is paramount at this time.
If you already use Eastview Surgery online services available at the practice, you can continue to use the following:
- order repeat prescriptions
- see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
The NHS App
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to get health advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP health record and more.
If you already use any other service provider you can continue to use it and you can use the NHS App as well.
